From June 12 to June 16, 2015, there certainly wasn’t a lack of foilers in Saint Pierre Quiberon. Kitefoilers, windfoilers, catfoilers and trifoilers alike gathered in France for La Semaine Affoilante, a week dedicated to hydrofoils.
