Spain Sets a New World Record

On Sunday, August 31, 2014, kiteboarders from around the world joined the Virgin Kitesurfing Armada in Tarifa to help kick-off the PKRA’s return to Spain and set a new world record. Organized by Gisela Pulido, Javier Perez (Grupo Zed) and Richard Branson (Virgin Group), the armada represented the biggest fleet of kiters in the water (ever), traveling one mile with 352 riders.
