Naish Kiteboarding announced the addition of a brand new freeride/wave kite to their 2015 collection this week, The Pivot.
The Pivot emerges from next year’s lineup as an all-around, medium aspect freeride/wave kite for a wide range of riders and styles. Its name is derived from an overall structure and ability to pivot on a small axis of rotation, a design that provides riders with quick, easy turns, intuitive steering and predictable power development.
Naish calls the the Pivot “the perfect tool for smooth kiteloops”, while also noting that some it’s key characteristics — minimal weight, consistent power delivery, superior drifting and an ABS bridle that reduces pull on a harness — make it a great wave kite too.
